At WeMate, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it,
  • Be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging,
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at contact@wemate.store. For the return address, contact us first — we’ll provide the appropriate details.

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review your case and make it right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval, please contact us at contact@wemate.store.

This policy primarily applies to customers in the United States. The 14-day cooling-off period only applies to orders shipped within the European Union.
